1702       Mexico, First Official Hidalgo Medallion Block Group. Rarely seen group of mint blocks of 8 stamps each, with O1 Red showing positions 1-4 & 11-14, the O4 green and O6 blue (block of 4) present being the scarcest mint issues of the First Official stamps, O6 block has perforations of 11 x 11, and 5½ x 5½ First Officials are found to be used frequently but any mint First Official is uncommon.
