The scout delivery service was revived for one day, December 21, 1918, as part of celebrating President Masaryk's arrival in Czechoslovakia. Only 600 of Scott OL1 (SCV $2450) and 1000 of Scott OL2 (SCV $2450) were overprinted. Both stamps signed "GILBERT" and "MRNAK" on back and stamps are accompanied by 1992 Karasek certificate.
