 Great Britain collection that starts out with impressive 1840 issues. Numbers 1 and 2 are unused with APS certs. An additional #1 is used, and the 1p and 2p Mulready envelopes are unused as is the 1p letter sheet. The rest of the Queen
Victoria issues are sparse, but do contain the 1883-1884 issue with good colors. The King Edward issues contain many shades but still look sparse because of the detail of the pages. Better values can be found in the KGV and KGVI periods, including
the 1 pound Seahorse and PUC. Not as extensive but, better than most GB collections. (Image)

 Iran
absolutely fabulous collection that contains many uncommon sets and singles. In addition to stamps listed in the Scott catalog, there are sets that were officially prepared but never issued: the 1899 PP overprinted stamps, the 1910 Saatdjian postage
and official coronation stamps, the 1910 Tehran local stamps and parcel post stamps, and the rare 1915 Kings and Historical Building regular postage and official stamps. Occupation issues include British occupation of Bushire, and communist
occupation of Azerbaijan province, both regular postage and airpost. The collector did a lot of research in an effort to include only genuine stamps, and to properly identify reprints as such. Nonetheless, the typically dubious issues of 1870-1925
were not considered in our generation of the suggested bid. Careful viewing may reveal many genuine stamps in this period (Image) (image002)
