552 c imageA medium box full of covers and postcards in glassines. Excluding the two covers that were overpriced, the owner’s retail is $6,300. A treasure trove for searching for city, fancy or other interesting cancellations. Most of the value is in the US but just looking quickly, but we also saw covers from Guatemala, Ireland, Great Britain and China. The glassines all have listed the stamp by Scott #, the city and date of cancellation and sometimes other information of interest. Some of the stamps involved include #10, 10A, 26A, 65 all x2 and 69.
