Sealed, overweight & oversize, so charged postage due m/s "6½oz" & good "TO PAY/DOUBLE DEFICIENT POSTAGE" circular h/s, with m/s "1/10" [ie 1s10d] in centre (high due charge). On arrival, irregular block of 7 x 1945 3d (SG D47a) & 1d (SG D42) added (total cv £180) & canc (unusually) by m/s date "15 April 1946". Boxed h/s on flap: "Sealed against inspection/Charged letter rates". Very unusual item.
