Welcome to Public Auction #375. This is one of the better classic auctions we have ever offered with highlights including: 210, 231, 285, 286, 295, 323, 367, 370 x 2, 372 x 4, 397, 526, 549, 548-50 (1); flat plates include 557 Oyster Bay, 565 Muskogee, 567 San Francisco, 569 block of 4, 570, 571; 630 S/S 658-79 (2) Mauck cachets. We continue with the finest offering in cacheted 855’s (3c Baseball) in decades including hand painteds by Knapp, Dyer, Osborm, Risko, Goldberg x 6 (3 with autographs) and 30 other rare and seldom seen printed cachets. A selection of hand selected 1940’s to date with some better Fred Collins hand painteds. Airs & B.O.B. include C13-15 (3) Gorham cachets, C15 Roessler, C13-14 unofficial, C18’s (several), E16 Predate, Q2, etc. A few collections round out the sale with a nice classic selection, 1381 collections x 2, Byrd Exhibit and Kendal Bevel album.
