79 c image855 3c Baseball Centennial unlisted admission ticket for "Cavalcade of Baseball - National Baseball Centennial Commission" at Cooperstown with single tied by First Day machine cancel on reverse. A fantastic item measuring 5 1/2" x 2 3/4" printed in red and blue on heavy stock. This was the ticket stub used for admission to the Opening Day at Cooperstown. What an event this must have been and what a fantastic souvenir/FDC! Excellent condition and the only the 2nd copy we have offered with the an average sale of over $2,000.00 each. A must for the 855 Enthusiast and a fine exhibit item as well! (Image)
