9 June 1978 (AAMC.1846 & 1846a) Brisbane - Sydney and Brisbane - Ballina flown covers, carried by Ansett to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the 1928 Trans-Pacific Flight by Charles Kingsford Smith and Charles Ulm; bearing more than 30 original autographs including Norman Brearley, Harold Litchfield, Lores Bonney, Skip Moody, Keith Virtue, Bob Boulton, Ellen Rogers, Harold Affleck, Jack Clancy, G.U. Allan, Harry Purvis, etc., a Who's Who of Australian Aviation. (Only 50 of each flown and signed).

The Schneider Trophy Contest 1929 - The Royal Aero Club Souvenir Programme - 72 pages with many photographs, including two full colour plates. Also, a map of the course and extensive details of the intended races. Multicoloured attractive Art Deco front cover. 

The "Ovaltine" advertisement on page 2 features Bert Hinkler.

August 1982 - July 1983 flown covers, comprising of 5th August 1982 (AAMC.1948a) Fort Worth to London (9, of which 2 are signed and endorsed by Smith); 13th September 1982 (AAMC.1948b) England to Australia (10, of which 2 are signed by Smith); and 25th May 1983 (AAMC.1948c) Australia to Fort Worth U.S.A. (8). All in excellent condition and rarely seen. (Total: 27) AAMC: $2,700.

3 December 1983 (AAMC.1970aa) Australia - New Zealand flown cover, signed by the QANTAS crew to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the "Faith in Australia" flight. Also signed by G.U. Allen, who had been on the original flight. [1 of 22 such covers originally overlooked by Crome; the new entry number will appear in the next edition of the Eustis catalogue.].

11 & 12 February 1986 (AAMC.2010a & 2010aa new listing) A cover carried on the 11th February LAST flight from Sydney to Los Angeles by PAN AM (signed by Trevor Ringdahl, Director - South Pacific Service) and the flight crew, [1 of 12]; together with the 12th February FIRST flight on the same route by UNITED AIRLINES, signed by the crew, [also 1 of 12]. (2 covers; both prepared by Crome).

1935-36 (AAMC.R2,3,7 & 7b) flown covers for Fraser Island - SS Maheno, SS Maheno - Fraser Island, and Enoggera Rafle Range firing plus Enoggera Rifle Range sheetlet of 4 vignettes. (4 items).

11 Aug.1935 (AAMC. R2) Fraser Island - SS Maheno  flown cover with red vignette.

13 June 1936 (AAMC.R6a) sheetlet of 4 brown "RT6" vignettes; March 1937 (AAMC.R9b) sheetlet of 4 blue "RO3" vignettes; and March 1937 (AAMC.R10b) sheetlet of 4 brown "RZ2" vignettes; all with full unmounted original gum. Extremely rare in such fine condition.

24 Sept. 1936 (AAMC.R7, 7b) Enoggera Rifle Range flown cover with green triangular vignette, accompanied by a complete sheetlet of 4 of the vignettes MUH. (2 items). Both very fresh.

An album containing a range of mainly 1930s-50s commercial mails to Europe; some earlier and a few later, and some to other foreign destinations, with a wide range of adhesives and rate, with many being AIRMAIL, several registered, censored, etc. (80+ items). A great opportunity.

TRANS-PACIFIC 4/- RATE AIRMAIL COVERS: A group of 1940-41 Censored airmail covers, mostly handstamped or endorsed "CALIFORNIA CLIPPER" and "VIA NEW ZEALAND" to New York, Philadeliphia, Vancouver, etc. Most covers franked with 2 x 2/- Kangaroos. (8).

"C.I.C. BONEGILLA - VIC" April 1950 cds tying 2/- Aboriginal Art on a registered cover (with provisional CIC BONEGILLA registration label) to New York; with Melbourne transit and New York arrival b/stamps. The sender was Dr. Horvath Ferenc, CIC. Bonegilla Block 23.

The Citizen Intake Camp Bonegilla was Australia's largest and longest running migrant reception centre, operating from 1947 to 1971.

FOREIGN AIRMAIL COVERS AT THE 2/3 RATE: 1958 covers to England at the 2/3 rate (8), the 4/6 double-rate (2), the 6/9 triple-rate (1) and the 9/- quadruple-rate (1). Mixed adhesives; a useful group. (Total: 12 covers).
