1894, Postal stationery card 10 c. black on greenish, written at Tien Tsin and used through French P.O. with "SHANGHAI NOV. 95" datestamp repeated alongside, handed over to the local Japanese Post Office for onward transmission via Yokohama (18 Nov.) and Victoria (19 dec.) to Asunción, Paraguay, with arrival on obverse (1 Feb.). Minor and unobtrusive transportation creases mentioned for accuracy, otherwise very fine. An extraordinary usage with exceptional routing to a rare destination (Higgins & gage-Nr. 2)
1875/1965 (ca.), large unused and predominantly used collection with many duplicates, strength from the 1892 Allegory issues onwards, noted some better values from TAAF and St Pierre & Miquelon, La Réunion, etc., together with a small group of mail from the Foreign Legion, and more. Few forgeries noted, slightly mixed condition, mostly neatly mounted on album pages
1887/1940 (ca.), in the beginning used and later mostly unused collection of French India, Indochina, St. Pierre and Miquelon, Haiti, and Dedeagatsch, incl. better early issues, sets, also postage due, parcel stamps and postage due, in stockbook
1892/2001 (ca.), French Southern Hemisphere, comprehensive used collection with over 200 covers and cards, comprising TAAF incl. better early issues, French Oceania, New Caledonia and French Polynesia, including usages from Terre Adelie, Archipel des Kerguelen, noted a Terre Adelie 22.6.1950 cover. Except for the occasional overall in good condition, in one album

Brun), small selection of post offices cancellations, as well as some registered and airmail including 1931 incoming mail from Braunschweig to Grand Bassam, 1897 Sage type 25 c. postal stationery envelope to Holland, posted onboard and obliterated with the English "PAQUEBOT LIVERPOOL” handstamp and endorsed "per S/S Angola”, etc. Slightly mixed condition, neatly housed in one album

1891/1998 (ca.), mint never hinged/unused and used collection with over 90 covers and cards, including local posts, with duplicates, varieties, multiples up to the complete sheets, gutter pairs and other specialties; noted registered mail and other interesting usages, with a scarce 1933 Crash cover from Casablanca to Paris with cachet "CORRESPONDANCE AVION (…) accident aérien survenu le 9 MAI 1933”, fine group of French Protectorate issues, also a booklet, etc. Except for the occasional fault, overall in good condition, neatly housed in two albums
1894, privat postal stationery envelope 15 c. "EXPOSITION INT. LE DU LIVRE & DES INDUSTRIE DU PAOER”, used from "PARIS 21.OCT.94” as local cover. The envelope with small margin fault at top, otherwise fine
1780 (ca.), folded lettersheet bearing red "POST PAID” handstamp applied in London and addressed to Paris, France; owing to the postal service suspension between France and Great Britain during the American War of Independence, the letter was routed via Brussels, where the blue "DAB” handstamp was applied, then taxed "20” (sols) on arrival. Fine and very scarce, showing the exceptional combination of the London "POST PAID” and Brussels "DAB” postmarks. Certificate WAPE (2026)
1856, clear crown postmark "B* 25.OC.1856” on a complete folded letter with an amended postage notation and routing notation "via Ostend + Trieste” via Aachen, with a transit postmark on the reverse reading "FROM ENGLAND VIA AACHEN B 26.10.” to Athens, with arrival postmark; in good condition
1840/1980 (ca.), large unmounted mint/unused and used collection, including Officials and British Post offices Abroad, showing a substantial degree of specialization with shades and plate numbers in the classic period, with the collection openening with the Penny Black (8) including on entire letter, a selection of the 1 d. red with identified plate numbers; Victorian and Edwardian issues well represented up to the shilling values, together with a few covers, including destination Mauritius, also a selection of Ionian Islands 1859 issue, good part of Levant, and more. An impressive holding, condition somewhat mixed as to be expected, neatly housed in one album
1840/1948, used collection beginning with Mi.-Nr. 1 (3), 2 (1), 4 (2), 5, 35b pale rose used with Cert. Louis BPP, 99 used, also QV and KE issues, varying condition, on pages
1840/1990, used collection, beginning with Nr. 1, plus one stock album including some Officials, overall in good condition
1840/2025, extensive mint never hinged/unused and used collection with some duplicates, well represented from the early issues onwards up to the One Pound and fairly comprehensive from 1950 onwards, some better items throughout with Mi-Nr. 1b used with red Maltese Cross, 1883 10 shillings Mi.-Nr. 84a used, 1929 Postal Union 1 pound Mi.-Nr. 174 unused , etc., from 2004 predominantly mint never hinged with a substantial amount of face value material including souvenir sheets. A fine assembly with slightly mixed condition in the classic period, but overall in fine condition thereafter, neatly housed in 4 albums
1841/1980 (ca.), mnh, unused and used holding in stock books and pergamines with some better items, Wedgewood booklet, etc.
