1827/1945, predominantly used collection, starting with early Ceres issues with e.g. Mi.-Nr. 8a used with Cert. Goebel BPP, further better values and Souvenir Sheets Bl. 2 and Bl. 3 (2), etc., varying condition, in one album
1849/1990 (ca.), extensive used collection (very few unused) with a large number of letters and cards, including a lot of good and interesting material such as Mi. 2 (2), 7 (single franking and mixed franking), single franking Mi. 8, Mi. 17 (2 + pair on front), 32 on cover, 41 I used single and letter, 49K on letter, 68F, souvenir sheets Mi.Bl. 1 and 2 (2), also multiples, letters with interesting destinations, Preobliteres, etc., etc., some signed and some certificates. A very interesting collection.
1849–1945, predominantly used lot; includes Michel No. 1 (4), 2 (3), 5 (2), 7 (2), 8, 13 strip of five plus an additional single on cover to Norway, 32 (2) and more than 40 covers featuring mixed frankings, various postmarks, and some pre-philatelic material; condition varies somewhat.
1849/1971, mint never hinged and predominantly unused and used collection with a selection of covers, including Postage Dues, showing some duplicates and a few multiples, well balanced between the classical period (moostly used, with values up to the 5 francs) and modern issues (predominantly unused), a few better items throughout with 1864 envelope with red "Cabinet de l´Empereur” handstamp, 1871 entire bearing Cérés 20 c. and Bordeaux 5 c. (Report 2) tied by Nimes GC "2659” (5 September 1871) and paying the correct rate to Marseilles (small faults), etc. Condition slighlty mixed, especially in the early issues, in one album.
1849/2025, large mint never hinged/unused and used collection, fairly advanced after 1945, some better values throughout with Mi.-Nr. 5 used (signed A. Brun), 40B used pair (folded between stamps, signed Scheller), etc., before the 1960s predominantly used, later both unused and used, showing a fine degree of face value material together with many booklets, also a few covers and FDCs. Some occasional faults especially in the early issues, otherwise overall in good and fresh condition, neatly housed in 14 albums
1849/1991, very interesting unused, mint never hinged and used collection with cards and covers, starting with some better classics, Ceres, Napoleon etc., later War Orphans 2c-5fr. used, 1925 and 1927 Paris resp. Strasburg Exhibition souvenir sheet, Airmail 1927 and 1936 used, 1936 Banknote used, modern booklets etc., mostly good condition
1849/1999 (ca.), mint never hinged/unused and predominantly used collection with a few covers, including Postage Dues and 1868 Telegraphs, many duplicates, some better items with 1929 Le Havre Exhibit (Mi.-Nr. 239), 1936 50 fr. "Banknote” (Mi.-Nr. 321) (x2), etc., together with a nice selection of the General Colonies issues and Post Offices Abroad. Mixed condition especially in the early issues, neatly housed in three albums
1849/1984, unused/mint and used collection in 12 albums, quite complete from 1942 onwards, including Mi. No. 144-151 unused and souvenier sheet 3 used.
1870/1975 (ca.), Small holding in stock book and to cover albums, with some interesting items.
1900/59, a collection-style holding in a stockbook; includes, among other items, Le Havre (unused), Le Havre on cover, the centerpiece of Souvenir Sheet 2 (mint never hinged), War Orphans, Bordeaux stamp exhibition, Michel No. 242 (4)—all arranged in a somewhat unconventional and slightly disorganized manner. Condition varies somewhat, though the items are predominantly clean.
1925/2012, collection of souvenir sheets including, with Mi.-No. Bl.1, Bl.2 (2), Bl.3 (3); issues from Bl.7—Bl.73 partly duplicated (mint and used), issues from Bl. 74—Bl.150 largely complete in mint condition; good to superb condition.
1927/2008, collection of airmail issues, including—among others—the Marseille Aviation Exhibition series (6)—one example on cover; banknote (3); 50 Fr. "Airplane over Paris” (2); German Occupation (WWII) with Legionnaire stamps on two military mail covers; "Polar Bear” souvenir sheet; plus imperforate stamps from issues post-1960; predominantly impeccable condition.
1928/2017, mint never hinged collection, from 1938 in the main numbers apparently complete, after 2001 extensively with booklets, miniature sheets, autoadhesifs, souvenir sheets, etc., in 21 albums and 2 stock books
1960/2001, a complete, mint-to-use collection of the main series, including official and postage due stamps as well as some mint sheets; from 2000 onward, with an additional 24 booklets and some ATM stamps, neatly arranged in five pre-printed albums
1969/2004, extensive ATM collection, showing a fine range of sets, including some scarcer items with 1969 Montgeron 030 red (Mi.-Nr. 2, unpriced), 1983 Socialist National Congress (Mi.-Nr. I), 1989 Sommet de l´Arche 2,00-11,00 (Mi.-Nr. III), and more. An impressive specialist assembly, neatly housed in a stockbook (ex Mi.-Nr 2-36)
1757/1956, group of 100 covers and cards, showing a fine range of interesting usages, commencing with eight covers bearing 1849 20 c. black, some better items throughout with 1849 Official Announcement bearing 20 c. black (Mi.-Nr. 3) tied by lozenge grid and paying the double rate; 1861 envelope bearing 1853 20 c. blue, horizontal pair with line perforations tied by Paris star cancel to Pau; also some better shades with 1853 20 c. blue on lilac paper and blackish blue (four singles on large envelope); scarce 1863 entire letter bearing mixed franking same value, different issue with 1853 and 1862 20 c. blue, tied by GC "2056”; 1757 entire letter from Cholet to Angers endorsed "En toutte diligence”, and more. Slightly mixed condition, a most useful lot, neatly housed in one album.
