1875/84, Coat of Arms 8 penni dark blue-green, two copies, together with 32 penni carmine, tied by c.d.s. "EXPEDITION HELSINGFORS 4/8 1877" to commercial 2nd rate cover to London with red arrival mark on front, partly tying the franking. A rare and very fine franking. Signed Bloch.
