1859, a mint and used collection of approximately 50 stamps, arranged by denomination from the ½ b. to 20 b., almost all singles though including a small number of multiples and one bisect, better than usual quality, with a good range of shares, and most being four-margin examples, the odd imperfection or questionable item, though note several stamps signed by well-known experts, one page of forgeries/reprints included for reference and not counted in the total, overall fine or better.

1859, 1/2b straw to 20b blue grey, set of nine, unused, most with part original gum, some with hinge remnants, all with good to large margins and with fresh bright colours, the 6b. signed Alberto Diena, a very fine group.
