607 nh/og 62 image1897, $2 dark purple Diamond Jubilee, horizontal plate strip of three, with No. 26 top marginal plate inscription, left stamp hinged and the other two never hinged, exceptionally well-centred, particularly the middle stamp, the selvedge hinged and without full gum as typically found, with four separated perforations at upper right, noted for strict accuracy and immaterial given the rarity of the multiple, thought to be one of only two such plate strips extant, very fine and of notable provenance; ex Jarrett, Des Prez and McNaught.

Unitrade notes that imprint strips should be valued at "approximately" double the value of singles - which, as such, would give this strip a catalogue value of just over $28,000. (Image 1)
