1015   imageCanada: Its Postage Stamps and Postal History, by Clifton A. Howes, 1911, cloth-bound, hard cover, complete with its original 14 photo plates (rare thus), published well in advance of other authoritative authors' works (Jarrett, Boggs, Marler) which likely drew from the contents of this important reference. We note some staining and mold infiltration in the latter sections of the book, which paper conservation work could abate; an excellent addition to a philatelic library.
