1606 nh   imageDealer Stock of Hundreds of Presentation Packs, 1960s to 1990s, in their original packaging and/or dealer sleeves. Our retail value is taken from the dealer's price tag on each package, which also shows the Stanley Gibbons numbers in most cases. We also saw some presentation packs from Jersey and Isle of Man and note a small number of pre-decimal packs also, some of these among the higher-priced items. There is duplication of many of the packs in this clean lot with high face value, and good opportunities for the online reseller, postage user or reseller. Our photos show the entire contents. 1611 O   imageValuable Collection/Accumulation of Victorian Era Stamps, 1847-1900, ranging from Scott #5/126, housed in over 500 black 2-row stock cards, (along with roughly 15 102 cards). We note better items such as Scott #s: 28 (strip of 4 c.v. $1,200); 40 (c.v. $400); 55 (x5 c.v. $200 each); 57 (c.v. $600); 108 (x6 c.v. $250 each). We noted a wide array of postmark types (including numeral, parcels, but also saw some c.d.s.) and about 30% of the stock cards have owner's notes which include plating information, shades, paper types and cancel information. A good lot for Great Britain collectors, postmark collectors, and dealers looking for stock. Stamps are generally in fine or better condition. Online pictures show an overview, plus a small representation of this lot, so we recommend in-person viewing for better appreciation, as we assume there will be some interesting finds. Includes a complete inventory (scanned online), showing Scott catalogue numbers, values and quantities. Catalogue value is for the least expensive shade, paper, postmark or variety.
