1433 nh J15/J19 imageCollection of Fourth Issue Postage Due Plate Blocks of 6 and 10, an extensive offering, with J15 (10x blocks of 6 and 31x corner blocks of 10), J16 (20x blocks of 6 plate 1 and 30x corner blocks of 10 plate 1 and 3x corner blocks of 10 plate 2), J17 (11x blocks of 6 and 19x corner blocks of 10), J18 (3x blocks of 6 and 8x corner blocks of 10), and J20 (5x blocks of 6 and 12 corner blocks of 10). Each value is present in both top and bottom, or right and left plate inscriptions. All catalogued as all least expensive shades or papers, we spot checked 20 items (they are all in black open-sided mounts) which revealed only one hinged item, so we catalogued the collection as all never hinged, assuming there will be very few, if any more. Even though the majority are very fine centered, we did not add a 50% premium on centering.
