Used Collection 1865 -1928 consisting of over 250 stamps including duplicates hinged in a home-made album. “Back of the Book” issues include semi-postals, air mail, official, revenue and savings bank stamps with some more recent than 1928. We
noted some higher value stamps such as Scott #139 and #276. Also included is a part sheet of 24 Scott #201 with gutter. The stamps are cancelled in Moscow with a “three triangles” postmark which some people have identified as censorship postmark plus
a cover from Finland to Russia dated 1922 with such a postmark. Also, a couple of photocopies of related articles are enclosed. Plus the April and October 1994 issues of The Journal of the Rossica Society of Russian Philately and a lovely two volume
set of "Postal Censorship in Imperial Russia (with slipcase) are also enclosed. As well there are 20 covers from late 1960s to early 1970s from Russia to Canada with 7 to Latvia plus 9 covers from various countries mostly to Latvia. (Scan a)
