459 ng F2b var image1890s 5c yellow green Registration, Perforated 12, with Major Re-Entry, unused (no gum) with easily visible strong doubling of all the letters in CANADA and FIVE CENTS, as well as many of the other letters. There is also a clear horizontal engraver's line running across the entire top of the stamp, with a dot in the middle, from which a faint vertical line extends down. Pressed-out crease, still an interesting stamp with re-entry unlisted in Unitrade. (Scan a) Est $ 200

460 O F1-F2 imageCollection of Used Registered Letter Stamps, with 17x 2c and 4x 5c values. We note many nice shades, all four 5c are different with green, blue green, dark green and yellow green (all very fine and chosen for their distinct shade), the 2c includes a deep rose carmine, rose carmine, orange and vermilion shades, a major mis-perforated stamp, another mis-perforated showing imprint, as well as a variety of different cancels including a nice double-fancy.
