393 nh 730 var image1978 14c red Parliament Coil Lot with Tagging Varieties, with a total of 129 stamps (in singles, pairs and various length strips) having tagging varieties being only one tagging bar, either at left, or at right, a few with only minute bars, caused by shifting. The Online Tagging Database lists variety tagging at left (G2aL) at $20 each and at right (G2aR) at $10 each, so an average of $15 each would catalogue $1,935. Also includes 7 pairs where the score line did not completely traverse the paper, making them appear as imperforate between (these all have either one or two tag bars but were not counted as part of the above group). Last but not least is a vertical strip of 5 of the 8c blue Queen Elizabeth II Caricature issue (#593) with vertical perforations shifted slightly left, making for only one thick tagging bar appearing at left and no bar at right (these catalogue $25 per stamp by the Online Tagging Database, G2aL). An interesting group. (Scan a) (Scan b) (Scan c) (All Scans)
