227 O 74-77 Large Stock of Used Queen Victoria Numerals, with easily over 7,000 stamps in all, over half are sorted into glassines by the 100s by denomination or type of postmark, rest are loose. Majority are #77, then #76, perhaps 100 each of #74 and #75 and we also note probably a total of 100 Edwards and a few Admirals. Appears to be unpicked for cancels, as we saw many dated town cancels, precancels, and other better postmarks throughout. The total includes some that are on stock pages, with shade and variety studies, postmarks, a calendar collection and values up to the 8c. This old time lot deserves close examination, and could be useful to the variety specialist or postmark collector alike. Est $ 350
