920   imageRed stockbook with collection of Malaya postmarks (thousands, with a few covers).  Contains decades-worth of purchases, duplicated but not excessively so, hundreds of offices.  Includes some good stamps as well.  One of the Raffles Hotel marks is dated 20 OC 10, earlier than Proud records.  Also seen are Thailand used in Kedah (7 including SG Z41) and Kelantan (3 including Z357).  With the disappearance of dealers' stocks to pick through, duplicating a collection like this would be well-nigh impossible.  Viewing essential to appreciate the scope (Image)

Rochfort at Malta to his father, both with interesting contents the former stating "we go down to Ionion Islands soon to take away arms from the Greeks as they are under Martial Law. They killed two men and wounded an Officer there." and the latter "I went ashore yesterday to see Captain Schonberg to ask him about staying out on this station...", both with an assortment of postal markings and have been re-folded.
