The folded cover (missing large part of the letter) is franked with Scott #s 30 (plate 14, $80 on cover) and 61 (plate 12, $140 on cover) paying 5d. There is a red-orange "W fr 1½" German handstamp at left indicating postage due on arrival. A fine cover.
