1643 O/og   imageTwo Collections of Mint and Used New Zealand on Pages, first one starts off with 12 used Chalon portraits, with #s (as per owner, unchecked by us) 15, 17, 19, 20, 25b, 31, 38, 41, 42, 43, 44 (owner's c.v. of $2,200). These followed by a collection of mint and used (#s 122/404 and B1/B6, O38/O56), plus 4 pages of duplicated used early definitives Catalogue after the Chalons was $890, for a total of $3,090 (in 2014). Second collection is on 13 S.G. quadrille pages and starts with 6 Chalons (mostly faulty) followed by a decent collection of mostly used to about1980s. 1644 O/og   imageAccumulation of Mint and Used Back of the Book New Zealand, 1900s-1950s, with a few hundred stamps, in album pages, glassines, and dealer cards. The lot primarily contains mint and or used officials, along with airmails and postage dues. A cursory check revealed a few interesting items such as Scott #s J1-J4, J7, J11 (used, c.v. $393 total), J22-J29 (mh, $80 total), C1, C3-C4 (mh, $77 total), O29 (x2, 1 mh, 1 used, $325 total), O92-O99 (mh, $77 total), leaving other finds to the dedicated collector, including Scott O9 "O.P.S.O." overprint in blue.
