1442 og/nh 135/558 imageCollection of Mint Canada on Album Pages, 1917 to 1971, the first 4 pages contain complete 1917 and 1927 Confederation and Historical sets while the next page has a set of 1c to 10c Arch issues and the 4th page a set of 1c to 20c Scrolls (incl. both coils). The rest of the collection is on 35 Lighthouse hingeless pages with quite a good coverage of the 1930 to 1971 era, missing only a few stamps such as the 13c Britannia (it had a shilling mark and was lotted separately), and a few other low value items. This range does include extras such as many coil pairs and strips (eg. complete KGVI in pairs, etc.), the $1 Champlain Statue in two shades, complete Airmails, several phosphor issues including Centennials, 1970 Christmas 5c and 6c centre blocks and strips), etc. Although we did not check every stamp, a good sampling did not reveal any hinged, so we assume all NH but unconfirmed. This collector put emphasis on well centered stamps, so overall very fine. See photos online for a small idea of the contents. The issues are Scott #s 604, 605, 729, 730, 908, 951, 953, 1194 (x3), 1194A, 1194B (x2), 1194C and 1396. Assumed as all fakes, but unsubstantiated as such, as it is difficult to ascertain genuineness on small multiples. We are selling this lot as is, for research purposes only.
