India First Flight Covers, 1929 to 1938, with many interesting covers, noting several different routes, frankings, postmarks, etc. We note a 25.JUN.1929 first flight carried by Joan Page on the D.H. Moth, two covers franked with the 2a green
Airmail are signed on the back by their designer G. Grant, and we counted 6 covers which are addressed by, and signed on back by Stephen Smith, the famous pioneer India first flights participant / organizer. An overall fine or better group which is

1930s (x3), 1940s (x5). A great lot, with many different frankings, postmarks, cachets, flights, cinderella labels, aerial meeting cards, etc. Overall fine or better condition, a few have stains and some of the stamps have toning due to being in

Roughly 1,000 United States Airmail Related Covers, filing a bankers box, consisting of primarily anniversary, first day, and event covers, with each cover having a stamp, cachet, or postmark relating to airmail events. The vast majority of
covers appear to be from the 1960s to the 1980s, primarily franked with United States stamps, but did notice a few with worldwide stamp frankings. We note Zeppelin cachets, balloon flights, helicopter flights, commemorative covers celebrating pioneer
pilots, routes, and more. Duplication is between 3 to 10 for most covers. A good lot for the thematic collector or show dealers, clean and very fine. (Scan 1)

1930 Graf Zeppelin
Flown Post Card and Cover from the Pan-America Round Trip Flight, includes a postcard franked with C13 (the 65c green Zeppelin Stamp) flown from Lakehurst to Friedrichshafen, and a cover franked with C14 (the $1.30 brown Zeppelin stamp) also
flown Lakehurst to Friedrichshafen. Scott catalogue value for both stamps used on cover is $535 and Frost catalogue value for both is $2,850. Note some minor edge faults on the card, else both very fine.
