989 CVR/PC   imageExtensive Collection / Accumulation of Roughly 4,000 Saskatchewan Postmarks on Covers and Cards, including facing slips, neatly organized by town, ranging from A (Abbey) to Z (Zenon Park), in 4 dealer stock boxes. A spot check revealed broken circle, c.d.s., duplex, POCON, MOTO, and machine cancels, generally ranging from the 1950s to the 1990s, with strength in c.d.s and duplex postmarks from the 1950s to 1970s. We note duplication generally ranges from 1 up to 20 for some towns, noting 99% of the covers have single frankings, paying first class letter rates. An interesting lot for the Saskatchewan collector, with the possibility of finding small town postmarks. Online photo shows just one of the boxes as an example. Overall fine to very fine.
