Martin, passed to U.S. Consul in Pretoria receiving pictorial cachet in violet and Boer authorities with ornamental circular “GEZIEN/20 APR. 1900/CENSOR.” mark, opened for display with reverse slightly trimmed. Ex Hart. Lt. Col.
