1621 c, entire, etc. South Africa: Cape of Good Hope: 1900 (Apr.) opened out envelope to Delagoa Bay (Portuguese East Africa) franked 1d. with bold serifed “T” mark at top and printed “OPENED UNDER MARTIAL LAW” pink label used to reseal and tied on arrival by an indistinct Portuguese East Africa c.d.s., 1900 opened out envelope to London franked Transvaal 1/2d. strip of five with a similar pink reseal label (type 2A) and a Boer pink reseal tape at left and with framed “STOPPED BY CENSOR/RETURN TO SENDER” mark, 1900 O.H.M.S. envelope to England franked 1d. with the word ‘Postal’ inserted at top, possibly as it contained a telegram and 1900 envelope to Manchester franked Makeking 3d. on 1d. block of four, all without comma in the overprint.
