Three of the crew were killed and Caldwell, with other survivors, marooned for thirteen days before rescue), (Jan. 17) personal cover from Jack W. Maas on "Pine Island" transferred to "Philippine Sea" via "Brownson" after George I crash, (Feb. 3) from Commander Vogeley at Little America with "Mount Olympus" duplex (rare date), scarce registered from Ens. Robert Baur, incoming mail with large censored cover from Berlin bearing values to 84pf. addressed to 1st Wireless Officer "of the steamer "Mount Olympus", a comprehensive range of official and private cachets, original photographs, shipboard newspapers and crew letters, money order cancellations, ship cancellations incl.
