103 / c, entire, etc. imageBarbados: Late Fee, 1872 (Jan. 29) envelope to Kent franked at packet rate by 1871 1s. with (4d.) added for late fee, just tied by “1” bootheel cancellations, c.d.s. despatch and Ramsgate Feb. 12 arrival on reverse, a little roughly opened with part upper flap missing.
