OM68a, 6c, pink, on cream cardstock, circulated from Coimbra (13.06.23) to Lousã (14.06.23) with a horizontal strip of 3 stamps of 3c, blue, smooth paper, perforated 12x11 ½, to pay the internal postage of a simple postcard, according to the postage rates of Decree No. 8.576 of 11.11.23, in force from 12.01.23. Because it used spaces not intended for correspondence, it should have been considered as a carte and postage charged for the missing value.(Image 1) (All Images)
