registered envelope circulated from Lisbon - Headquarters (31.07.17) to Paris (17.08.15) with transit through Lisbon / Central (02.08.17), to pay the first postage (5c) of a letter for abroad weighing up to 15g and the registration premium (5c),
according to the postage rates of the Decree of 31.12.1904 in force from 01.03.05, with adjustment to the new currency. Censored by the Portuguese censorship on 02.08.17 and marked with an oval blue stamp of the Lisbon censorship.(Image 1)
