340 imagePostage stamp Lourenço Marques Illustrated postcard, sent from Lourenço Marques on 4.8.1906, to Luanda, 24.8, correct postage of 10 reis D Carlos Mouchon de L. Marques. It has on the back a postage mark T/30 reis, in a rectangular border, applied in Lourenço Marques, but undue, and as such not charged in Angola. A possible interpretation for the postage is in the inscription on the front of the postcard.“ I miss you Rego Chaves”, which would not be allowed, passing the postage to the LETTER CATEGORY, POSTAGE OF 25 REIS, therefore with 15 reis missing and double postage, at 30 reis. Interesting(Image 1) (Image 2)
