212 nh 630 image#630, 2c White Plains souvenir sheet, a magnificent example of this very difficult souvenir sheet, every characteristic is extraordinary starting with selvages, this being the top right position of the plate of four panes, not only are the outer selvages large and full but the left and bottom show virtually the full guide line from between the panes, the overall centering, both around the outside and internally, is phenomenal, the sheet is extraordinarily fresh with pristine o.g., that has never been hinged and lacking the frequent gum skips and gum creases that are so commonly found, an extremely fine gem; one of the finest sheets (if not the finest) in existence and certainly the finest that we have ever seen; 2014 PSE certificate.
