 SPECTACULAR QV COVER RETURNED FROM JAPAN WITH P.O. LABELS, ETC.: Commercial 24 Jan. 1900 cover from Stowmarket to Japan franked pair
of 1d lilacs and a ½d vermilion tied by fine "752" duplexes. The addressees could not be found so what appears to be an undeliverable label has been attached. There is also a very fine red oval "ADVERTISED/Tokyo 1/4 1900" ds, "TOKYO/15/MAR/00/JAPAN"
