Shuldham in Bombay prepaid "P 11d" with faint "KESWICK" mileage and red London "PAID" marks on the front; annotated as received on 13 Apr. 1808. The contents include; "We have in this neighbourhood Southey, the Poet, Coleridge and a Mr. Burnet... they are a good deal here and afford much amusement...". Rare early letter from this small island in the middle of Derwent Water with significant historic contents.
