 GREENLAND - U.S.A. V MAIL CHRISTMAS GREETING: 1943 V Mail with env. sent from APO 858 (1st Arctic Search & Rescue Sqd.) at
Narsarssuak, Greenland to Taylorsville NC. The V Mail is illustrated with a large cat with "Greetings from Greenland" alongside. Only three such messages are recorded from Greenland and this is believed to be the only illustrated Christmas greeting.
