6035 cover imageThe Military Expedition to Tibet 1903/04: India 1900 ½ a. yellow-green (2) used on 1904 cover from Colonel F.E. Younghusband to Mrs. Youghusband at the Botanical Gardens, Calcutta tied by two strikes of "FIELD P.O. The cover written whilst the Expedition's preparations were well ahead at Chumbi for a Military advance towards Guru and by March 29th the troops were concentrated at Thuna.
