French Consular Post Offices, Galatz; 1867 (June 22): Unpaid Entire letter to Patras, Greece, struck on despatch with type 22 cogwheel "GALATZ MOLDAVIE" cds in blue, reverse with "CONSTANTINOPLE TURQUIE" (June
25), PIRAEUS (June 16, julian), and ATHENS (June 16) transit cds's as well as PATRAS (June 18) arrival cds. Charged upon arrival with "50" lepta in red crayon paid with Consecutive Athens Printing 10 l. orange and 40 l. mauve (Hellas
18+20), tied by PATRAS cds. The adhesive margins from shaved to large, nevertheless an appealing cover showing the correct franking for an entire up to 7.5 grams resulting in 30 lepta rate for the Shipmail plus 20 lepta Greek
