as a 'Dépêche télegraphique' endorsed 'par Pigeon' stamped "Place de la Bourse Paris 23. Janv. 71" and incoming letter dated 1870 (Oct. 3) to the same addressee Monsieur Blachez, 26 rue St. Marc in Paris (cert. Roumet 2022). In addition printed
leavlet issued by Paris Postal Administration concerning 'les conditions d'expedition des dépêches privées au moyen des pigeons-voyageurs together with rare booklet 'La Poste par Pigeons Voyageurs' by (René) DRAGON. During Siège of Paris, the French
