2725 image1780/1990ca: Curious accumulation featuring an archive of parcel forms to Switzerland of which about 25 From France and 130 from Belgium and a variety of modern letters from Africa, including around 60 from Zimbabwe, 85 from Kenya, and smaller quantities from Zambia, Uganda, Sudan, and Egypt. Also included are approximately 70 first flight covers from the United Nations in Geneva. Additionally, there is a gold stamp from Yemen (Olympic Games Mexico 1968), items from Mauritius, and RSA. The lot further comprises an old map of Europe (Justus Perthes), a collection of various banknotes, and postcards and photos featuring nudes or near-nudes. A stockbook houses a collection of flower and animal stamps, primarily from Hungary and Yugoslavia. A separate group consists of Hungary imperforate issues from 1988, all different, neatly arranged on stock cards. Furthermore, there are stock cards with unused stamps from Bahrain and Kuwait from 1964, (valued in Michel catalogue at €560), along with an accumulation of modern covers from Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar, all addressed to the IATA in Geneva. And last a pile of fiscal documents from 18th century on with e.g. a 'Naturalisierunsbrief' from the city of Bern, 1818; some later ones from France featuring stamps, there are also identiy paers etc. A highly diverse selection with significant potential, well worth a thorough examination! 2735 1850/1990ca.: An accumulation of stamps, mostly arranged on stock cards and in plastic sleeves from multiple countries, quite unsorted and packed in a box, along with another box containing glassines and stockbooks. The lot includes issues from Vatican City (in albums), United Nations (in an album), Belgium, San Marino, Austria (featuring both WIPA stamps, never hinged), Laos, and more. Souvenir sheets are dispersed throughout the lot. A noteworthy highlight is a beautiful collection of Bahamas stamps, starting from No. 1, neatly arranged on pages and housed in an album.

2736 image1854/1932: Group of covers plus a few stamps - Entire letter from St. Kitts to New York with oval framed "FORWARDED BY / JAURETCHE & CARSTAIRS / PHILADELPHIA" with cachet at left; placed in the mails with "PHILADELPHIA / 5" cds in black (June 13). Attractive and scarce entire, provenance: Collection John O. Griffiths. French PO's in the Levant 1867: France laureated 80 c. carmine, a single example used on 1872 entire letter from Beirut to Tarare, tied by "Anchor" lozenge of dots in black and carried on the "Dupleix" with octagonal "BEYROUTH / PAQ. FR. X No. 5" Paquebot datestamp alongside (July 16) in black (Salles fig. 905). Reverse with Marseille cds (Aug 1) and Tarare arrival of the following day. Dahomey 1900: "Gouvernment du Dahomey" imprinted envelope to the Minister of the Colonies in Paris, struck with "PORTO-NOVO / DAHOMEY" despatch cds (May 22), thence by French Paquebot "Stamboul" with octagonal "LOANGO A MARSEILLE / L.M. No. 3" in black alongside. Obverse aand reverse with circular "Secrétariat du Gouvernment" cachet in black. 1 / 6 French Somali Coast 1905/32: Small cover/card (4) and cancellation group of 16 stamps with 1905 card to Germany with 1903 10 c. tied by DJIBOUTI cds in blue thence via Aden; a very similar 1905 card to London with 10 c. tied in blue via Aden; 1924 cover from Djibouti to Aden franked 1922 25 c. grey & grey-blue pair to Aden and re-addressed to MAALLA with arrival cds alongside (Maalla sub-Office only opened in 1923); 1931 cover with 1925 75 c. pair tied by barred circular "Paquebot / Aden" in black, and various loose stamps with Aden cds's Lebanon 1867: A three colour franking Austrian Levant 3 s. green, 5 s. red and 15 s. pale brown, all used on 1872 cover from Beirut to Genova endorsed "via Brindisi v la piu breve" tied by "BERUTTI" circular datestamps (July 1) in brownish-black ink (Tchilinghirian fig. 3). 2739 image1845/1980ca: Assembly of nine stockbook albums (eight of which are large format or Jumbo), mostly with duplication, plus one album with stamps mounted on pages. Includes Great Britain (likely the strongest section), Portugal, Spain (both with Colonies), the USA, and Central and South America. Condition is very mixed, but interesting finds can be expected. Additionally, an old pre-printed Yvert album from around 1920, containing stamps from the classics onwards in all conditions – high catalogue value! 2740 1850/1960ca.: Collection as received from the consignor, comprising 23 small binders containing partial collections from various countries. The most valuable is the German Federal Republic, featuring numerous better issues, mainly in strips of three (e.g., the Heuss set I). Additionally, there are collections from Austria, France, Greece, Scandinavian countries, Russia, Japan, USA, among others. Furthermore, there are 13 stockbooks that also contain some better material, plus an old pre-printed album with some content.

2741 1840/1960 (ca).: Large mint never hinged/unused and used accumulation, strength before 1950, with an abundance of early issues and duplicates with some multiples, noted British Commonwealth, South America and Europe, with some classics and semi-modern on small stockcards, many better sets and items with Austria Mi.-Nr. 772B-775B mint never hinged with sheet margin, Belgium Bl. 1(5), Vatican Mi.-Nr. 45-50, San Marino Bl. 4A-4B mint never hinged (twice each), etc., mixed condition, in 66 albums/stockbooks. 2742 image1840/1940: Assembly Spanning a Century - IONIAN ISLANDS: Prephilatelic letter from Ancona to Corfu, British Protectorate, 1850, addressed to the Sardinian Consul, with the "AGENZIA DEL LLOYD AUSTRIACO / Ancona" cancel in black. The reverse shows a superb circular cachet "Consolato di Sardegna in Ancona" in blue and A cover with Greece 80 l. carmine on rose and 20 l. blue, each with a few imperfections, used on a 1873 cover from Cefalonia to Taganrog, Russia, endorsed "via Vienna", tied by "ARGOSTOLIAN / 110" cds (20 June) and by boxed "PD" in red. The reverse shows "Kerkyra / 106" cds, a Trieste transit, and "Postal Wagon 47-48" TPO, with Taganrog arrival marks. An unusual route via Vienna rather than Constantinople, a scarce usage (Hellas 22b+35c), signed Sorani. GREAT BRITAIN: Two Penny Black stamps, FA and FC, each accompanied by a red stamp with matching lettering. AUSTRIA: A group of seven prephilatelic letters to Bavaria. NEW SOUTH WALES: 1895 OS red overprint on SG O32 with NSW cancel, accompanied by a certificate from Ceremuga. CANADA: Cartier 10 d. dull blue, imperforate on thin paper, a used example with large margins all around, lightly cancelled in black. There is a light diagonal crease, but the stamp is signed A. Diena (Gi = £1,700). GREAT BRITAIN: Group of three Hentschel essays for the 3 d. in blue and reddish-brown, and the 7 d. in pale drab. All half-tone George V on smooth-surfaced card, with a large head design. The two 3 d. values are endorsed "W/5" (Winstone) in ink manuscript and "SP/1" (Slater & Palmer) (Gi = £1,050). Additionally, 1934 Photogravure Colour Trials for the 1½ d. value (Block Cypher), consisting of three horizontal imperforate pairs in dull grey-green, bright scarlet, and deep ultramarine, unmounted. GERMANY: Zeppelin set "POLARFAHRT 1931", unmounted, but with minor gum imperfections, such as fingerprints on two stamps—nevertheless, a nice set! SWITZERLAND: The iconic "Poste Locale" without cross framing (Type 6), a fresh stamp with a clear cancel, but repaired (SBK = CHF 27,000), with a new certificate from Marchand (2024) and an older certificate from Hunziker (1973). Also, "Orts Post" used, a nice well-margined stamp with a small thin, with an opinion from Marchand. GERMAN P.O. IN TURKEY: 25 Piasters 1900, nicely used, Michel No. 23 I/II, with a certificate from Jäschke-Lantelme. LIECHTENSTEIN: 100th birthday of Prince John II, full sheets from 20 Rp. to Fr. 1.50.
