9644 image1880/1947ca.: Sammlungsbestand Schweizer Postagenturen im Ausland mit Belegen und losen Marken, sauber nach Agenturen geordnet in einem Briefalbum. Dabei einige sehr schönen Frankaturen der Stehenden Helvetia auf Paketkarten. Anschliessend Paketkarten mit der Sitzenden Helvetia mit Schwert sowie den Tellausgaben, darunter eine Karte mit Mischfrankatur Stehende Helvetia mit Sitzender Helvetia mit Schwert. Viele lose Marken auf Steckkarten, überwiegend Stehende Helvetia, zudem etwas Nachporto und Ziffernausgaben. Drei Paketkarten, 1 Italien, 1 Ägypten und 1 Palästine je durch schweizerisches Postamt in DOMODOSSOLA gelaufen, die beiden letzteren besonders prächtig. Weiterhin 19 Pro Juventute-Belege mit je einem Viererblock aus den Jahren 1925–1936, alle mit Stempel "LUINO POSTE SVIZZERE". Dazu das Buch von Ivo Bader: 'Schweizerische Postagenturen in Italien und Frankreich' sowie Landkarten und weitere Dokumentation. 'Classic Mauritius' by Hiroyuki Kanai, published by Stanley Gibbons in 1981, is hardbound in quarter-leather with a slipcase and remains a classic reference in very good condition. 'The Mauritius Primitive Issues' by Arnold Rudge, published by David Feldman in 2006, is included as a key study of these rare stamps. Also featured is 'The Postal History and Stamps of Mauritius' by Ibbotson (CRAWFORD medal 1991), hardbound in turquoise with a dust jacket, in very good condition. This comes with the IOSC Supplement (1995), also hardbound in turquoise with a dust wrapper, in very good condition. Both volumes are hardbound in blue and are facsimile reprints published by Phil*Creativ (Wolfgang Maassen) in 2019. Each volume is numbered 12 of 33 and was exclusively available to subscribers - a scarce pair! Additionally, included is a List of Handbooks, Periodicals, and Auction Catalogues in the Bierman Philatelic Library, 1st Edition, signed by the author. One volume hardbound in black cloth, with a few tone spots. Plus three auction catalogues The W.R. King Library (1950) including realisations hardbound in brown cloth, The Philip H. Ward Library in 3 parts with realisations hardbound in orange cloth, The C.S. Hitchins and 'Kayes' Libraries hardbound in blue cloth with some other libraries with realisations in excellent condition! 1695 1890/2009: A diverse philatelic literature collection including rare and significant works. Highlights: Stamps of Tasmania (Bassett Hull, 1890-1911), a rare book with watermarks and photo plates in good condition, though the cover is slightly damaged. Postage Stamps... of New South Wales (1911), two bound and two unbound volumes with detailed illustrations. The Half-Lengths of Victoria (Barwis & Moreton, 2009) in excellent condition, including a CD and dustcover. The collection includes early catalogues such as Gray (1878), Pemberton (1878), Heitmann (1894), Bright & Son’s (1897-1925), Scott (1902-1910), Westoby (1900-1903), and Moens (1892). The seven-volume Encyclopaedia of British Empire Postage Stamps (1948-1991) is also included, with minimal wear. United States-related works cover key topics such as 19th-century issues, local posts, stamped envelopes, Sanabria’s Air Post Catalogue (1950), and the Honolulu Advertiser auction catalogues (1995). Other notable items include Aden: Its States and Post Offices, 1840-1954 and The Stamps of the Straits Settlements (1894). Overall, the condition ranges from at least good "working copies" to better.

Luder-Edelmann (Corinphila) sale (Zurich 1929) including "Greece" from the Ferrari collection together with the specially bound illustration-booklet for this sale. Accompanied by the Index and Prices Realized to the sales taken from the bound volumes prepared by the RPSL. A scarce and legendary set of catalogues, as usual with some wear to the binding of most volumes (Paris-sale two with several loose pages), otherwise in fine and extraordinarily fresh condition.
