An extremely rare stamp and much under-catalogued. Signed Sadri Scott = $ 2'000. Note: The rarity of this stamp, and its lack of use either on cover or on document suggests the 3 chahi could more properly be termed "prepared for use but unissued"; however a few are known cancelled.
