1925: The Mayfair Find (1925). HR Harmer auction cataloue of this remarkable find of sheets and blocks of classic early issues. The realisations are hand written in. A scarce catalogue which has been repaired.
Also the book by Fred Melville on the Mayfair Find giving details of its discovery and includes the catalogue bound in and all the plates inserted in a pocket inside the back board. Hardbound in discoloured red cloth. (Image 1)
