2977 1882/90: A good variety of issues of the periodical 'PHILATELIC RECORD' bound in 7 uneven volumes. As the books originate from the library of the 'Brighton and Hove Philatelic Society', there is some wear on the covers, or little damages, which is typical for library materials. Excellent photos of famous philatelists such as Thomas Keay Tapling, the Caillebotte brothers, and Philipp la Renotière von Ferrary etc. Numerous illustrations or photos of stamps. The mentioned years are almost complete, with a few numbers from 1886 missing. An excellent source of early philatelic content!

2984 1992/2006: 'PHILATELIC LITERATURE' the four volumes by Dr. Manfred Amrhein in excellent condition all with illustrated dust-covers. Manfred Amhrein one of the world’s foremost experts on philatelic literature. His magnus opus, the four-volume Philatelic Literature, is the best source of information on philatelic literature of all countries of the world up until their publication. The volume that should cover USA, Great Britian and the British colonies is still pending and will probably never see the light of day as we learnt of Mr. Amrhein's passing. A rare oportunity in excellent condition!
