Oval framed 'ST. HELENA' despatch (March 13) in blue and London transit (April 7). Struck in London with framed "GB 2F" accountancy handstamp in black and straight line "INSUFFICIENTLY PAID" in black. The cover was fully paid for under ¼ ounce, so found to be overweight in London and taxed '10' décimes due on arrival. Rounded corner to envelope at lower right but a very rare cover.
