The collection consists of 13 die proofs of the frame, completed 5 black die proofs of 1 centime de piastre and 1 centime de gourde, 24 die proofs on the card boards (incl. 14 unique and 2 die proofs of the rare 2 C. de piastre), 13 specimen overprints of the unissued and issued values, 6 plate proofs, unused (92) and cancelled (14) stamps, incl. varieties (paper fold), one specimen from unknown archive, accepted stamps on postage, etc. The collection includes the official photo of President O.
