To the reverse a Tonkin datestamp (Aug ?, 13), a Genoa and Milan transit marks (Sept 16) all in black. Soiling and minor imperfections, otherwise fine . A very rare stamp on cover. "ZINDER / TERRITOIRE DU NIGER" arrival cds at left (March 2).
