Quatrefoil, an unused blcok of eighteen (6 x 3), marginal from right of sheet, all punctured "SG" (Sudan Government) upright on first and third horizontal rows, inverted in second horizontal row: the method for puncturing was to fold sheets or stamps together to manually punctures as many as possible at once ('S' has 14 holes, 'G' has 12).
