corner marginal block of four from the lower left of sheet, showing dramatic "Paper Fold" variety, with third stamp "Partially printed", with the creased margin which caused the variety still intact at left, fresh and fine, unmounted og. The craesed

formerly a block of four (cut in the learly 1980's), emanates probably from a presentation set given to or by the Postmaster General or from the sheet inadvertenly sold to Miller Bros (for a full description see Brusden White pages 4/346-347). An
